We are all intuitive. However, trauma, chronic stress, toxic exposures, pathogens, parasites, and unresolved emotional attachments can cloud our signal. We’re not broken, we’re often overwhelmed, inflamed, and disconnected from ourselves.
My philosophy is that what many people experience as spiritual heaviness, emotional looping, energetic depletion, or intuitive blockage often has both metaphysical and biological components. The body, nervous system, and subconscious mind carry the imprint of our experiences, relationships, environments, and beliefs.
Energetic cords are commonly understood as the lingering emotional, psychological, and biological bonds formed through intense relationships, particularly those involving deep intimacy, attachment, or trauma. When these patterns remain unresolved, they can contribute to recurring thoughts, emotional fixation, nervous system dysregulation, and a feeling of being stuck in cycles that are difficult to break.
True healing requires more than mindset alone. It involves restoring the body, regulating the nervous system, addressing the underlying terrain, and reclaiming personal sovereignty. Detox is part of that process. Healing is our birthright.
